Axle Connect Support
Axle Connect lets an Axle member use their own AI assistant to work with their own Axle records. This page is for anything that goes wrong with it.
Before you write in
- The assistant says it has no Axle tools. Open a new chat. A chat started before you connected keeps the empty list it was given. On a phone, check the connector is switched on for that conversation.
- It asks you to sign in again. Connections expire. Reconnect in your assistant’s connector settings and sign in at Axle as usual; nothing is lost.
- Something you expected is missing. Ask “who am I connected as?”. Almost every case of “I can’t see my work” is a seat that was removed, or being signed in as a different company.
- It refused to do something. Read the refusal: it says whether you are not permitted, whether Axle could not be reached, or whether the action is not switched on yet. Those are three different things.
Contact us
Product and connection problems: support@axlefoundation.com. Privacy and data questions: privacy@axlefoundation.com. Partner members can also reach their onboarding manager through the usual Axle channels.
Security issues. If you believe you can see work that is not yours, or that a tool did something you did not confirm, write to support@axlefoundation.com with what you asked and what came back. Reports of that kind are acknowledged promptly and taken seriously; please do not post details publicly first.
What this connector will never do
- Show you another person’s or another company’s work. Every answer is scoped to your own Axle sign-in.
- Return rates, costs or pay.
- Change anything without showing you exactly what it will do and waiting for you to agree.
Status
The service reports its own health at https://connect.axlefoundation.com/healthz.
If that page answers and your assistant still cannot reach Axle, the problem is between your assistant and us, and that
is worth telling us about.
